This beautiful apartment was bought as an investment for future renting. Located in the historic part of the Old City of Barcelona, it's one of our favorite projects. The client's main idea was to renovate it using affordable materials and make it look fresh and modern. We used green as an accent color, mixing it with pastels and whites, making the apartment look open and bright. Glass and mirrors add more air to its design. The original brick walls, exposed vaulted ceiling, and wooden beams remind you of the history of the building.
