In 2016, our studio got the first project in Barcelona. This tiny apartment of 55 m2 should turn into a comfortable place for a young couple that also likes to host a lot of friends and family with the option to stay over in their house. The main idea of this project was to take advantage of the height of the apartment, which was 4.2 meters, by creating two bedrooms on the mezzanine floor. Adding a metal structure with glass and using transverse laying of parquet helped us achieve a spacious look for the apartment. We also saved the original brick and original ceiling to give a "loft mood" to the apartment.
